Terms and Conditions for Whimsyland

PAYMENT
All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).  Payment is accepted via Paypal.

POSTAGE and HANDLING
As most of our product is handmade to order, it may take us 7-14 days before dispatch once we receive your order. You will be notified via email upon dispatch and given a tracking number if you selected this option during checkout. Australian Residents will automatically receive an Australia Post tracking number.

Every effort is made to ensure your fairy garden products arrive safely and our postage prices cover sufficient packaging to allow us to carefully protect your order, therefore we hold no responsibility for lost or damaged items upon arrival. See Returns and Refunds for more information

Postage is via Australia Post and relevant forwarding postage systems for international orders.

FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is available for orders over $50 within Australia and $100 for orders outside Australia.

COUPONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Coupon validation is at Whimsyland’s discretion and we hold the right to cancel at any time without notice to the customer.

If you have a discount code, enter this at the checkout to ensure the discount is applied to your order prior to payment completion. Discount codes cannot be used retrospectively.

LOCAL PICK UP
Local pick up location is Margate, Tasmania. If this option is selected at checkout, The customer will be required to pick the order up between 5 and 12 days after the order is placed. Alternative arrangments can be made by emailing info@whimsyland.com.au however alternative arrangements are at Whimsyland’s discretion.

If a Local Order is not picked up within specified time frames Whimsyland reserves the right to withhold payment due to cost of product, time and work involved as product is of handmade nature. Refund is at the discretion of Whimsyland in this instance.

CHOKING HAZARD
Whimsyland would like to advise that due to the small size of some of our products, customers need to be aware of the following safety warning and exercise due caution when using our items.

Warning: Choking Hazard – Small Parts

Not recommended for children under 3 years or any individual who still puts inedible objects into their mouths.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are non refundable. Gift Certificates are to be used within 12months of purchase after which the Certificate Code will become invalid. Gift Certificates to be used in person at a market stall or online at www.whimsyland.com.au. Certification Code must be entered at checkout under Coupons to be applied. Full cart amount will be deducted from the certificate including any postage fees and any remainder is to be paid by normal trading methods at checkout. Left over amounts on the gift certificate can be used at a later date within the valid 12 months from time of gift certificate purchase. Gift Certificates are valid for all Whimsyland products except for use of purchasing another gift certificate.

PRIVACY
Please be advised that when we process your order and receive your personal information it is used for billing and shipping purposes and we subscribe your email to our mailing subscription. We will only use your email and first name for Newsletter delivery purposes only to keep you updated with the latest news and offers from Whimsyland. There is a link to unsubscribe at the bottom of each email.

WHOLESALE ORDERS
Wholesale orders are welcome. If you are interested in stocking our products in your shop then please contact us. Wholesale Orders have separate Terms and Conditions.
